This photo has impressed me by the beauty of the night sky in Iceland. The image was captured earlier this month by photographers Jingyi Zhang and Wang Zheng, while the mother of one of them stunned the emerald sky. Normally, yellow and green auroras occur when sun-emitted particles interact with oxygen, while red, violet and occasionally blue colors in an aurora occur when particles collide with nitrogen.
